General Operating Fund
A gift to our Operating Fund provides the financial support needed for sustaining a vibrant faith community. The Pastor and staff working with our dedicated members and friends allow us to have a welcoming and inspiring Sunday worship service and Sunday school. The Mission and Justice committee organizes and participates with the congregation in support of many charities throughout the greater Seacoast area and beyond. Missions are an integral part of our daily faith community.
The SCC Capital Campaign, Candle in the Wind, is a specific fundraising program that started in 2017 and will close at the end of 2020. The objective of the campaign is to acquire funds to address major repairs and improvements of our facilities. The sanctuary was built in 1837, Parker Hall was built in 1840 and the “link” was constructed in 1998. Each of these buildings provide the church with the space to hold worship services, weddings, funerals, Stratham Circle Learning Center pre-school, the Clothes Attic thrift shop, community suppers and many community activities. Completing a successful capital campaign is essential for sustaining our building for the long term.

Your gifts ensure that the Stratham Community Church can deepen all aspects of our faith, with opportunities to worship; deepen our experience with God and one another with fellowship, retreats, and study; and take care of our neighbors and the worldwide community in which we live.
